When I entered, the man working there (I assume he was the owner) asked how he could help me. I identified myself, and he confirmed he was working on my order. I politely reminded him that he mentioned it would take 30 minutes, and assured him I didn’t mind waiting. There was another couple in the restaurant waiting for their food as well. Although it seemed he was moving a bit slowly, I didn’t mind.
After finishing their order, the owner went to their table and began to berate me in front of them, stating that I had called in and only showed up 12 minutes later than the quoted time. I spoke up to explain that we were traveling and had just arrived, but he angrily accused me of rushing him...
This restaurant is run by the same owners as Palermos at Morgan's Corner. The food was quite good. My granddaughters really enjoyed the pizza, and my husband and I found the sandwiches we ordered to be very tasty. However, I believe they need to update their approach. I walked out of Palermos without eating because the air conditioning was off, and while this place was somewhat better, an indoor temperature of 85 degrees is unacceptable in the South. You can’t turn off the air conditioning at night and expect to cool the place down during the day. Additionally, charging 50 cents for a small drink refill is baffling. Seriously? This was my first and last visit to this restaurant. I ordered the special that came with a large specialty pizza, 10 wings, and a 2-liter soda. I chose the veggie pizza and lemon pepper wings. When my food was ready, the owner began to pack it up, but I decided to check the items first. I’m glad I did because the wings turned out to be mild instead of lemon pepper. The owner said he misunderstood the order and refused to remake them. When I asked how much the pizza alone would cost, he was unwilling to sell it to me separately and told me to leave empty-handed. So I did. The customer service was terrible. I do NOT recommend this place.
I went there this afternoon for lunch, carryout. I ordered the lunch special two slices of pizza and a Philly cheese steak sandwich. The meat on the cheesesteak tasted like it had been soaking in water to keep warm, and the pizza looked and tasted as if it was made yesterday and reheated a couple different times today before I got it. For $14 I ate about half of my meal rest went in the garbage. Worst Food I've had in a long time from anywhere. Will not be back

Just had pizza and wings delivered. The Lemon Pepper and Teriyaki flavors were out of this world good! These wings can rival Wild Wings,or any other restaurant serving wings by far! The pizza and bread sticks were good as well. The food was delivered on time,and the food was hot and fresh! I am a fan of Robino's, and will be a regular customer from here on out. Kudos to them!
I had the best Italian food during lunch with my friend and family while passing through Statesboro, Georgia. I couldn't resist sampling my friend's dishes, especially the cheese manicotti and the chicken parmesan sandwich, along with a slice of pizza. The restaurant is conveniently located next to the country store in the same building.
I've ordered pizza from them several times, and it's generally quite good. However, my recent experience was frustrating. It took 46 minutes for my pizza to be delivered to my house, which is only about 10 minutes away. The delivery guy also had trouble hearing me on the phone and ended up getting my order wrong.
For a small hole in the wall place the food is great for carry out and the owner is always pleasant. The gyro is all lamb not a lamb beef combo and tasty. The salad with lamb is an enormous portion. My husband has had the pizza several times and enjoys it. The AC doesn't always work well so we don't dine in.

Owner screams at his employees, pays under the table (avoiding taxes? and sometimes will not pay employees but offer them pizza for their work. Have know several young people who went to work there. Not what we want in this area.
