Pros: They have a lot going for them. Not my first review. Food is tasty no matter what you get , but the rooster fries are a must if you like spicy,cheesy and not watching what you are eating. Burgers are very good here, and are more reasonably priced. Staff is great to talk to and locals are friendly who come. Their Whiskey bar downstairs is a must , for the experience, and occasionally artist playing. Best selection of whiskey in South Jersey. First visit was very pleasurable., From the moment we entered, we were greeted by attentive staff. One of the two owners; Steve who took our name and put us on the list for seating. The wait was 20 minutes, but he never forgot we were waiting and in roughly 10 minutes we were seated. Our server; Amy, a bubbly, outgoing, happy person answered my complex questions and even gave rock solid accurate suggestions on the best faire of the day. Everything that she suggested was a 10. She was so attentive and flexible it was a very relaxed experience. We had a beet and feta salad. It was excellent complimented by the high quality extra olive oil and 'Tale of the Olive 's ' Sicilian lemon balsamic vin...
On the way to the shore, there was a bit of rough road, and before hitting the parkway, we decided to stop here. We started with the crab soup and pasta fagioli soup, both of which were incredible. We then shared an order of wings, which might just be my favorite wings of all time. Our bartender was extremely friendly and attentive, suggesting drinks we had never tried before, and made a fantastic Tito's and lemonade. Everyone here was wonderful, and this place will definitely become a regular stop on our drives.
By far the best food I've gotten around this area in a while. So far every item has been excellent. Their special cheese fries are incredible. Try the salmon! They have rotating specials and it's hard to figure out what they are without calling. If you find an old menu online, something might not be available. If you're taking out, just keep that in mind. I had my sons graduation dinner party here. It was fantastic! Everyone was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. The food was exceptional. My guests raved about their dinners. I highly recommend Rocco?s and will be back very soon for dinner!
Too busy eating to take pictures. Everything was so good. I ordered the macaroni with cheese and pulled pork on top. Wow what a surprise. Others really enjoyed their different meals as well. Not to mention desert.
Distributed appetizers with friends, got the red taps and roasted cheese. They were both amazing, the sauce on the red cocks was so delicious. I had the chocolate chip lava cake and it was DELICIOUS!
