I have been to this location twice since it has opened. The first time with a large group and the second time, just 2 of us. Both times were great with the service, the beers, and the food. Not one complaint! The second time our server was David and he made our experience so enjoyable. The hostess, Natasha, remembered me from my last visit and made us feel so welcomed coming back. I had the worst experience with a bartender that I can remember. I sat at the bar and asked if happy hour had started. He said, I don 't know, look at your phone. It was not and I ordered a beer. I then courteously asked the person next to me if he minded if we changed the channel on the TV in front of our chairs. I then asked the bartender to change the TV to the same channel as the one in the corner showing extreme sports. He said I 'm not going to change the channel. On April 28th, I returned to Rock Bottom Brewery and was once again impressed by the staff. I ordered the Cilantro Ranch Chop Salad and the Santa Fe Grilled Chicken Salad, paired with a Grapefruit Sol IPA. The food was incredibly tasty, leaving me savoring the flavors for at least half an hour after we left. The salads were generous and healthy, making it a challenge to finish while still leaving me satisfied. Though there were a few minor service glitches, the staff was prompt and friendly. We dined here twice with large groups during our recent trip to Denver. The service was excellent, and the food was very good. It can get a bit noisy since it’s somewhat of a sports bar, but that adds to the atmosphere. On our second visit, the waitress quickly brought me my Arnold Palmer, which was very thoughtful, and she handled the split checks for our big group flawlessly. The pretzel sticks were fantastic, the tomato bisque was delicious, the flatbread pizza was tasty, and even the Cobb salad was outstanding. I’m not sure what the green dressing was, but it was flavorful. I’ll definitely be visiting often whenever I’m in town.

Had dinner at the Rock Bottom tonight, not only was the food good but our server Cole was absolutely phenomenal. He took the time to work with my elderly mother-in- law as she ordered with a very limited diet. He treated her with such care and compassion. The food came out perfect and for once she was able to eat food at a restaurant without sending it back. I hope management recognizes what a great person they have with him. Thank you.
The hostess was very welcoming, but our server appeared unhappy and somewhat impatient. It was a bit difficult to get our drinks. We were seated in the back, and the server seemed rushed to clean up, even asking to vacuum while we were still sitting at the table. Although we had finished eating and drinking, the situation felt a little awkward. Overall, I would return because the food and experience were good, despite the service.
The ambiance is amazing, featuring a charming sports bar area alongside a delightful dining space. The server and host were exceptionally courteous, and we received our meals quickly. The food was outstanding and fairly priced. I tried the brisket sandwich, which was simply delicious! I will definitely be back. Food rating: 5/5.
I have never been so disappointed in a meal. I thought rock bottom was a catchy name, until I realized it defines their work. The calamari was so chewy it took 2 minutes to go down, and the salmon dip made me sick. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
