Last Thursday, my friends and I had the incredible opportunity to meet celebrities and rock stars at your bar, Rock and Brew, in El Segundo. The experience was exceptional; it truly felt like a concert, enhanced by delicious food. The hot pepper poppers, fresh fish tacos, and wings were all made with care and attention. Your managers and staff provided top-notch customer service—thank you, David and Sully! I can't wait to return, especially with my family now that I've discovered how conveniently close Rock and Brew is to LAX. As I write this, I'm still reminiscing about those amazing chicken wings. Got there and received great service. After ordering our drinks, the power went out. We saw our server at least 5 times in the next 15 mins as we waited for the power to come back on. When it did, drinks arrived (after confirming we were staying to eat) and appy was out quick. Garlic fries, ridiculously great! I had the tri-tip sandwich which was amazing, my friend had a burger (which looked very good). We left full and happy, leaving a 25% tip as she earned it.
My 6yr old son found my LP albums of KISS and ever since he loves their songs. So today I decided to take him. We shared the Calamari he had the kids cheese pizza. I had the Santa Maria style brisket sandwich w/ potato salad. Everything was great. My son was hoping to meet Gene Simmons, but I told him he might not be there.. he was sad but had a great time singing Detroit Rock City, I Want to Rock Roll All Night, and I Was Made for Loving You!
