Two roast beef sandwiches came to a total of 35.00. They were the worst sandwich’s I ever ate. The bread was gross, hardly any roast beef and not big at all. No one ate them, they were that terrible. This is not the old rock kitchen that had roast beef hero big enough to share. I really want my money back. I am afraid to tell my mom how much they cost. The new owners of Rock Kitchen created such a beautiful, clean and elegant restaurant with elevated and DELICIOUS gourmet food this is a Glen Rock gem that will have you coming back to try everything on the new and improved menu (especially for those of us who need a break from the dinner rush). I recently tried the new RK&C and loved everything about it! It's such a wonderful addition to the town of GR. From the moment you step in, the clean and beautiful ambiance sets the stage for an exceptional dining experience- for breakfast, lunch or dinner! I just tried the new Rock Kitchen and Creamery for the first time and I was blown away by the “Roma”. Between the bread and high quality ingredients, I can honestly say this was one of the best sandwiches I have ever had in my life. Bergen County has been lacking an authentic Italian sandwich place like this. It’s not cheap but I promise you it’s worth it. The reopening of Rock Kitchen Creamery could not have been better. The decor is absolutely gorgeous, the menu is incredible, and the owners (a local Glen Rock family) are absolutely amazing. The time, thought, and care put into this is nothing short of phenomenal. I look forward to many years of delicious food, great company and of course, home made ice cream! As a long time patron, I was excited to see the direction the new owners would take. I was pleasantly surprised with the facelift and upbeat energy. The reopening is no disappointment. Thushan is still cooking so the menu still includes all our dinner favorites. The sandwich menu has expanded and my wife and I had two great sandwiches today.
