So many good dishes, great service, terrific restaurant. Well worth going here. It is tucked away in Quamby Place and not in the mainstream, but let me tell you, it is better than any restaurant in Noosa, and way better than the pretentious ones on the waterfront. We had beautiful crispy skin Barrumundi, jerk chicken, salmon and eye fillet steak, oh so good, every dish was excellent and beautifully cooked. The Barramundi skin crispy and the flesh soft and tasty, the salmon pink and delicate, the chicken beautifully marinated and the steak soft and pink. It is BYO, but also has an excellent wine list with reasonably priced wines, so no need to bring your own unless it is something extraordina...
Recently visited this restaurant for Sunday lunch on a mild winters day with friends. We shared starters of lambs ribs and chicken wings - both delicious. I had the salmon which was beautifully cooked and had great accompaniments. One of our party had the lamb which was undercooked to her taste but would have been perfect for the rest of us! It looked yummy. There was a lot of noise from a group of children armed with whistles from the nearby playground but this was not the fault of the restaurant and we could have chosen to sit inside. It was a beautiful meal and we would definitely to choose to eat here again
Rocksalt is our favourite restaurant in Noosa...tucked away from the busy and average restaurants in Hastings Street, the food is wonderful, simple and so delicious...the best snapper I've found anywhere. The staff are always friendly and keen to provide great service. Rocksalt is busy all year round...even on a chilly winter's night...it must be good!
Ive been coming here for as long as i can remember, along with Sails in Hastings Street its one of two i always visit when in Noosa. The food is always good, so to the service but best of all its BYO and two people can escape for around $100 How good is that? Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Our cousins chose well when booking Rock Salt for a special birthday celebration involving around 35 people. We were very well catered for with fabulous food and beverages. The service we received was great as well. It was a wonderful night.
We dined at Rock Salt last night. The meals including the duck were great. Service was great. A credit card mistake was quickly rectified by the staff which was very appreciated. We would certainly dine there again when we are next in Noosa.
Lovely setting by the park, better than the inside settings. Misses out on the nearby river atmosphere but compensates with the quality. Lovely snapper won-tons served as part of the Seafood Seduction trio.

Beautiful meals. There were 8 in or group who ordered a variety off the menu. All the meals were fantastic. The staff were lovely Highly recommend
