1st time trying this place I must say, Ima have to come here again. So with that being said, let 's start with the customer service. The communication could be better, the body language was so blank. Being able to sit for 5 mins made me feel, you better bring a friend lol. Let 's get on to this food now, VERY FULFILLING SIZE, Phenomenal Prices. Though I suggest mixing the seasoning more in the sauce. I had to literally massage the bag and I mean come on now, I wanna dig in EAT. I would continue though unfortunately I have other tasks to attend. Before I leave you with all of that, just give Rockin Cajun Seafood a try, you won 't be disappointed.
Service was disingenuous and majority of the front of house staff lacked awareness, urgency , friendliness and attentiveness. The sandwich i had was very over dressed to a point were I was basically only eating sauce and bread. The overall ambiance was okay. The setting was dive bar meets Asian southern hospitality. While the interior maintained cleanliness it lacked an overall theme which was only tarnished by the visible plywood. It really breaks my heart to see a place have soooo much potential but cannot execute. If the service was there I would be forgiving yet there's nothing to back this place up to return.
I ordered the combo with popcorn shrimp and chicken wings. Unfortunately, the chicken wing I received was completely raw when I bit into it. This happened on Saturday and it completely killed my appetite. Despite the mishap, they still charged me in full. I regret not taking a picture of it, but the waiter cleared the plate too quickly. On the bright side, my fiancé ordered the seafood and enjoyed it. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere a 1 out of 5.
I asked them to put the shrimp in a separate bag because my child has a mild allergy to shrimp and I just did not want them to accidentally ingest it and they refused to do it for me and were very rude to me. I had even asked to speak to a manager and the manager was extremely rude as well and dismissed my child, whom was getting very upset. 0/10 very poor service. Do not dine here if u want nice servers! Not bad but not the best. The bread on my poor boy was so hard I'm pretty sure it was stale. Cajun fries .. overcooked. For the price and quality of food served definitely doesn't add up. I did grab some Beignets and surprisingly the were cooked just right. It was my first time here, I don't know if I'd come back again. If I did for sure I would not order the same thing. Beignets saved the day.
We had the best our life celebrating my BoyFriend's birthday, recommend the private room for your next Event, rockin cajunca treat there Guesses the best way, and if you want a good waiter ask For Jimmy, best food, best CrabLegs, Thank you Rockin' Cajunca for having us
I can't get enough of the Lobster Fries at this restaurant. I would travel far just to have them again. They come with everything on top, including tomatoes which I don't usually like, but they definitely worked well with the dish.
The service at this restaurant was outstanding! The waiter was incredibly friendly and cheerful. The food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was welcoming. This is a wonderful spot to enjoy a meal with friends. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The food is inexpensive and definitely worth it! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area. The customer service is always excellent and the atmosphere is friendly every time I walk in.
