So on July 27th, it was a toss-up between this place and another one in the food court. We should have stuck with the other one! Waited almost 10 minutes while the lady behind the counter slowly prepared two poutines for people ahead of us. Shequickly glanced up at the line (and us) and looked back down, no acknowledgement, not a be right with you... .Nothing. Eventually two guys appeared out of the back, one who couldn 't have prepared a sandwich any slower. Perhaps remove theear bud from your ear and get off the phone when serving customers! Food: Curly fries were cold, no surprise based on how longthe 2 sandwiches took to prepare. Terrible service. It 's not a difficult job, provide staff...
