I hate that I didn't take pictures of my food, but I will order again and add pics in the future if I can. I was in Westminster and started craving seafood. I googled the best brab soup, and Rocksalt popped up. This was THE BEST CREAM OF CRAB SOUP that I've had in years! I did ask them to add more crab meat to my soup to beef it up a little more. I was so full of the soup alone that I had to save my entree for lunch the next day. I also brought the shrimp salad on toasted wheat. The shrimp was so BIG and fresh. I couldn't even finish half of a half of the sandwich. It was shrimp falling out from the sides, and then they had the nerve to include fries. Smh. The bill was less than $30 bucks. W...
From the outside, this restaurant appears quite upscale, and the impression remains the same once you step inside. The atmosphere is lovely, complemented by a welcoming and friendly staff. I was pleasantly surprised by the menu prices, which were quite reasonable. Much like the restaurant in my small town, the food was both fantastic and generous in portion. The pulled pork had a unique and delicious flavor that truly tasted homemade. If you're in the area, I highly recommend this wonderful restaurant. A dozen shucker's choice oysters, filled Porterhouse Steak, medium rare filling was a Gargantuan crab cake covered with an imperial sauce; a heated chocolate mousse cake, with a dip vanilla tasty! Images tell thousands of words and secretions of salivary glands! By the way, the deep-fried cauliflower as an appetizer is the BEAST of BOMB! The servers, we had two, eight of us to eat, were phenomenal!
The food and service were very good. The crab cakes were some of the best I've ever eaten! My only criticism is that the rest room was freezing, not pleasant at all, hence the 4 stars. The food was fantastic, and the service was outstanding. I had never tasted such delicious desserts before! I also had my mother, sister, and daughter with me, and they all loved their meals as well. I would definitely return for more. Highly recommended!
The service was delightful, and the raw seafood selections are excellent. However, there are too many fried items on the menu, and they tend to be overly breaded, including those that are panko-crusted, and overcooked.
