Over the years I have passed this place many times when bussing to and fro between Brighton and East Sussex, so decided to pay a visit. I should've stayed on the bus. Stunning sea views and a mini golf course can't make up for overpriced, inadequate (cold) food. £13.25 for the pictured breakfast (admittedly, I could have tomatoes as well, but declined). A mug of tea plonked on my table, causing spillages that I had to mop up. Breakfast arrived and only then was I informed that I had to fetch my own cutlery (something which could have pointed out when I placed my order). A huge disappointment and I won't be revisiting. Only saved by the location and friendly staff.
This cafe in Brighton has the best views and is run by a lovely family. The staff are always pleasant, the service is great, and the food is fantastic at a reasonable price. I have been a loyal customer for many years and it is my go-to place. They offer free parking for customers, which is a rare find in Brighton. They are also strong supporters of the classic car world, hosting various events. The classic car event that I initiated in 2008 is still thriving with the support of the owners.
I had a pleasant breakfast, but it was unfortunately marred by sitting outside at their outdated picnic tables with protruding nail and screw heads. Regrettably, I tore my shorts as a result. I believe these tables are unsafe and should be replaced. I informed the staff, who said they would bring it up to the Manager. I hope they take action to address the issue, as it detracted from an otherwise enjoyable meal.
Free parking. Good quality food, clean. Mainly seems to be operated by Saturday girls even on week days (possibly pupils from Roedean School on Work Experience ? call me an old grouch but I don 't really think customers (me in this case should be addressed as Buddy by a Saturday boy young enough to be my grandson but maybe I 'm losing touch.

Please address the issue with the women's restroom! I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for years and have always had a great experience. However, my recent visit was disappointing with a cold fried egg swimming in oil and cold coffee served with a bad attitude.
What a great place to have breakfast. The seaviews are awesome, the food is freshly cooked and the staff are so friendly. Couple this with free parking( a rarity in brighton) and this place ticks all the boxes.
Go for the full English breakfast because this is what this place speciliases in and it would be value for money and generous in portions. Nice location overlooking the sea and must be lovely in the summer
Perfect for brunch, breakfast or lunch. Stunning view, helpful, mostly friendly staff and quick service time. Food is some of the best I’ve had!!! Will be returning

Really nice place friendly staff and nice food. Quite an extensive menu . Attended as a classic car event was being hosted. Plenty of parking.
What a little gem! Clean friendly great food great views. Totally recommend this perfect cafe on the edges of brighton.
