First I want to say the waiter and food are excellent. This would be a 4-5 star ranking for me but the waiting was bad. Thinking it was a busy night we went again so twice we had to wait ages for our meals or in-between courses of a menu plan. The last experience we were there for a total of 4.5 hours and we had a little child, arriving at 6pm. My wife, mother, and child had to leave because it was way past bedtime and they missed out on desert which I had to pay as it was part of the menu. No discount and not even an apology. Just a shrug of the shoulders. We plan to talk to the manager when he is back. I hear he keeps a tight ship, but was on vacation when I was there.

The architecture of the building is traditional and the atmosphere in it the coziest you can find. The room was perfect. It...had all the amenities a modern room can have and at the same time it was like a fairy tale room from the past. The restaurant had great food and variety. Very friendly people also. They love what they do and this is obvious. Thank you very much!

I've been there for three years. the quality of service has been reduced to a minimum in the last few months, as a new manager has assumed responsibility. I went there last Saturday and he started throwing me too wrong that I too. Yes, only I wasn't there since I was 30 minutes there and sat before me. He realized his mistake, but didn't apologize. if you want a good restaurant with large service in roschenz, go to the sun. man

Wir hatten zwei verschiedene Mittagsmenus, die beide ausgezeichnet schmeckten. Insbesondere das Gemüse war hervorragend zubereitet. Lachsforelle und Reh mundeten und die Preise für ein gepflegtes Mittagessen waren moderat. Das Ambiente im ersten Stock und das sorgfältig restaurierte Interieur haben es mir angetan. Das Lavabo aus Naturstein (beim WC) ist eine Wucht.
Waren auf dem Jurabike, dieses Hotel liegt ideal dafür. Schön renoviertes, sauberes Zimmer. Wir durften auch das Badezimmer (kostenlos) nutzen, was wunderbar entspannend war. Wir konnten die Fahrräder einschießen lassen. Sehr freundliche Betreuung, das Frühstück (Selbstbedienung) hat auch sehr gut geklappt. Zimmer: 5 Service: 4 Lage: 5
we are always happy here until the bill arrives. eating is good, sometimes great and the service is always friendly and professional. beautiful atmosphere only the steep prices that it leaves. I would suggest a budget option in the menu to solve this. forward.

great boutique hotel with charme. the room was very clean, beautiful and romantic and the person we were in contact with was super nice and helpful. we enjoyed our stay very much.
