One night at the hotel Very bad information. No wifi. Restaurant not at all, it is false I had to walk 30 minutes to look for it at night very late. No information. No kettle for evening tea. Stressful reception says all the time you have to leave it's between such and such time and repeats even at breakfast. It's frustrating, me who wanted to rest without someone leaving you alone. The lady does not speak a language other than German, frustrating to communicate. To find the hotel which was hidden behind the road impossible to find the reception. No indicator for reception. We went there for the first time today for a spa! It was really beautiful!! To use this whole spa area all by yourself is wonderful Parking spaces are available, towels too. You should think about drinks and snacks yourself. Unfortunately the restaurant is closed, which we found a shame. Super nice staff who tried very hard. It's small but nice!!! Gladly again!
Waren auf dem Jurabike, dieses Hotel liegt ideal dafür. Schön renoviertes, sauberes Zimmer. Wir durften auch das Badezimmer (kostenlos) nutzen, was wunderbar entspannend war. Wir konnten die Fahrräder einschießen lassen. Sehr freundliche Betreuung, das Frühstück (Selbstbedienung) hat auch sehr gut geklappt. Zimmer: 5 Service: 4 Lage: 5
Wir haben eine Nacht im Röschenzerhof verbracht und es war so schön!! Vielen Dank für das wundervolle Erlebnis, das stilvolle Gebäude, den herzlichen Empfang und das köstliche Frühstück. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
