The food is excellent, but the customer service leaves much to be desired, which prevents me from giving a 5-star rating. Some staff members seem overly rigid when explaining policies. I placed a substantial order and requested additional bread rolls, even offering to pay for them. Unfortunately, I was met with an aggressive and unapologetic response, stating that extras are only for dine-in customers. I understand that there are policies in place, but a little kindness goes a long way, especially for someone spending a significant amount on their meal. The prices here are outrageously high! They are not honest, they don't put up prices in the bakery area, so they can charge whatever they want. Be careful! I noticed they charged me $15 for a box of cookies containing only seven cookies. I asked to return it because I believe it is overpriced, but the manager responded with a condescending attitude that they cannot waive the charge and instead offered me $5 in cash. I left enraged and unhappy. I return home and weigh the package, which weighs 0.5 pounds! $15 for a half-pound? No, thank you. This is my first visit, and I will never return.
The niche little cafe, the food is bright and tasteful, the seating arrangement is open and many options are available on the menu, their coffee is great and service is fast and friendly, but its a bit discouraging when you order in front of a group that sit minutes after you, but everyone got their food before I did, this happened on numerous occasions, the pattern, they speak the same language, give this place a try,
This restaurant offers the best food! Everything is fresh, delicious, and clean. The bakery features a wide selection of desserts, cookies, and cakes. Their bread is simply the best! The owner is very friendly and always present to ensure everything runs smoothly. I'm particularly fond of their cookies and coffee. I highly recommend visiting this place! Baked goods tasted like chemicals. Very expensive. Salad was great, but either the bread or cheese in the bagel salad had an awful chemical taste to it. The other baked goods we got for dessert also has a cleaning product or chemical taste to them.
Fresh food AC on hot day today perfection. Very nice patio great service by Rachel she bring a beautiful hot pizza and very fresh Greece salad. It was for the 3 of us and we all enjoyed it. Very refreshing Limomenta ?was perfection. Thank you. ?
Dined on the patio. Great experience. Food was presented beautifully and prompt. Server Joy was totally on point, covered all our needs. Will def return to try other tasty dishes soon.
