I'm not quite sure how to feel about aroma Trattoria. The food was flavorful overall, but it was far from authentic. My Caesar salad was overloaded with Parmesan cheese and had an unusual addition of balsamic vinegar in the dressing. The gnocchi had a tasty sauce, but the actual gnocchi seemed to be store-bought and didn't meet my expectations. The service was friendly but lacking in professionalism. Some may enjoy the casual atmosphere, as there was a good crowd. I did appreciate the BYOB policy, as many restaurants charge high prices for wine. The food was delicious but the service was horrible. No one was rude or anything like that, in fact they were all really sweet. They just had no clue how to wait tables. People were standing up front for quite sometime waiting to be seated while the servers slowly and tediously set up a new table. We didn't have a server, we had ALL the servers. They all thought the other had done this or that or was helping this table or that table, everything was slow and it was just a mess. They had all of the sat tables grouped up front by the door when half of the restaurant was empty. Like I said, the food was really good but the service...………...no thanks.
First of all, the food was amazing. There was 7 of us, and we all had different meals. Everything was so tasty and fresh! Service was a bit slow, but they comp'd us some appetizers to make up for that.But to be fair, it was Mothers Day, so it was clearly more crowed than usual. Oh, and its currently BYOB. Will definitely go back again. Recommended.
I believe it ultimately comes down to what you choose to order. I opted for the chicken with roasted potatoes, while my husband went with the chicken Marsala. He thoroughly enjoyed his dish, but I found that my potatoes were not quite as crispy as I had hoped. Overall, I would rate this restaurant a 4 out of 5.

had the meatball appetizer, which was a little salty, but overall quite good with all the cheese. also the chicken pikatta, or milanese as they call it, and it was phenomenal! great taste, great part. waiting staff was very friendly and attentive, will definitely try again another plate.
I took my wife here for Mothers Day. Overall very good, the food was excellent at a great price the service was very slow in terms of drink refills and checking on the table. But the server was polite and helpful with menu questions. I will happily be back and most likely a regular.
Our family tried this place for Sunday brunch on Easter. Although we were the first three people there, it took over 5 minutes for anyone to come to our table. And it went downhill from there. Food was bland and over priced. Service was poor. Wouldn’t recommend or return.
The food was excellent. The waiter Jesse was attentive and had a great personality. It was an extremely pleasant experience and we will be back.
