Group of eight. Dine in. Service was just ok. The food was mediocre, almost sent back my chicken scapalini. The chicken was so tough I could hardly cut it, much less chew it. It tasted old , like the meat had been laying around for a few days at room temperature. Nasty. I was going to take home my leftover food but decided to throw it away. Essentially, I spent $30 and got only a few edible bites. What a waste of money. Really not a good value. I should have gone elsewhere. Next time we have a family dinner party at a restaurant it won't be here. I use to love the Macaroni Grill in Kentucky. So much better than this one. Come on, Valley restaurant owners. Get off your duff and run a REAL bus...
I took my mother to Macaroni's for Mother's Day, expecting a delightful Italian meal. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. Despite several open tables, we waited about 30 minutes to get seated. Once seated, we waited another 30-45 minutes to get our food. The pasta dishes were bland and lacked the authentic Italian flavors we were hoping for. For the price, I felt we were only paying for the ambiance. However, I do have to admit that our waitress provided excellent service. To be honest, Jason's Deli offers much better and tastier pasta dishes than Macaroni's. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant if you're looking for genuine Italian cuisine.
SPEECHLESS!! Absolutely Speechless. Words can not describe how tasteless everything was, from the bread tasting old to the spinach artichoke dip tasting sour and like mashed potatoes, our plates had no flavor. Spaghetti sauce had no flavor it seemed as if they mixed it with water, chicken parm had no seasoning and tasted like nothing! Paying $25 for a meal with no flavor, I do not understand how this place is still in business, how hard is it to mess up on spaghetti?
Went to celebrate my bday really bad service. It wasn't even pack our waiter never came for refills. We were going to order dessert but instead another waiter came back gave us our check. Asked her for a box she was just laughing. All the employees were just standing around when we kept calling for anyone to help us.

Our server, Joe, was extremely professional and polite. I ordered a pizza and a kids-sized Alfredo pasta with no protein. My husband enjoyed the chicken parmesan and spinach dip. The atmosphere is relaxed and the lighting is just right.
We live going to Macaroni Grill. Food is great and prices are very affordable. I love their salads, pasta dishes and their pizzas , Ernie, our favorite server, makes every visit extra special
Went in with the family to celebrate my birthday. The food was great as usual. My grandkids love the food there and enjoy the experience. The service and atmosphere was great.
A friend order a certain meal was too salty all other meals were good, but they did suggest another meal for the salty food.
