The manager at this restaurant is completely rude and unprofessional!! My family and I just came in for breakfast. The pancakes I received were burnt and chewy I took two bites of them, ate my eggs and at the end of our meal told the waitress I could not eat the pancakes. I went to check out and she said there’s no way to take them off my bill, the manager said I waited too long to send them back. I said this is absurd, I’ve been a waitress for years, let me speak to him. The manager comes out and starts arguing with me about the pancakes, then proceeds to ask me if I’m from Romeo I said no. He replies oh that’s why I was completely taken back and said excuse you? I couldn’t believe he just...
Just a heads up – make sure to double check the prices if you decide to order. The shrimp listed on the menu as 11.99 actually cost 16.99, and the chicken kabobs were 14.99 each with a side of rice and salad. The food was tasty, but the prices were a bit high. I appreciate supporting local businesses, but not at the expense of my own wallet. When I called, they informed me that the prices were incorrect on the website.
