Have eaten here befiore and it has been much better. Food was OK but one of the dishes was very bland. We had booked in advance at 8pm. It was a busy Saturday night and the service was somewhat strange all night starting with the waiter bringing a single starter. We asked if the others were coming and he rather abruptly said yes. The others then followed a bit strange but ok. The worst was when at 9:10 we were asked if we would leave the table. We still had half of our drinks left and had only just finished eating, 70 minutes after the booking time hardly an age? I feel they were being gready and putting profit before serving the customers already in the restaurant. Maybe the new restaurant...
As it was NYE only one menu was available which no one mentioned, had to move table twice when the restaurant was not even that busy due staff sitting us down on a small table as asking us to fit in. Service was bad too, aside from our waiter who seemed to be helping everybody no one else helped us. We were sat down moved and then not given menu or plates but had poppadoms. Just not what o expected from other reviews I read online.
Lovely staff, attentive but not too intrusive. Food very nice and variety of drinks. Surroundings very pleasant and clean. Restaurant is on the 2nd floor so good for people and train watching as opposite the train station so very convenient if you’re catching a train or staying at the hotel next door. I would definitely recommend and will return again.
Great food and friendly, nice service. The starters and the main course, The chicken, the lamb, the side dishes: All very flavorful and delicious. Our waiters were very friendly, offering good suggestions and being very timely with their enquiries about our experience.

We had a family reunion dinner before Christmas at Ronaq. The staff were great, the food was delicious, and we had a pleasant experience overall. It was one of the few places we could find that could accommodate a party of ten guests. Thank you, Ronaq!
Nice ambiance, comfy seats, pleasant waiters, ok food, not enough meat and a bit grisly. Wouldn't not go back, but won't rush
