Terrible service. Waitress never came to the table for at least 45 minutes and kept forgetting our drinks and food orders. Made a reservation expecting a table outside and got neither of those. Very small portion of room is actually outside like being on a roof. Group of 9 squeezed onto two couches with only 4 tiny end tables that couldnât fit our food and drinks. Was told we at least had the whole middle section of seating for our group but they started seating other people on one side. Didnât have drinks on the menu we wanted. Food came out late after others had already finished theirs. Way over priced. Small menu and they expect you to order a âminimumâ which is your total prepaym...
Worst service ever. Made a Sunday lunch reservation to celebrate anniversary with my wife and requested table inside by a window. Arrived early and was seated at open roof hardtop table directly in the sun. My wife asked if they had a table with shade and told there was none available for two people. Waited minutes for someone to take our order. After our pizza and sushi rolls arrived, it started raining. All our food got wet. Manager told us we could go inside. No one offered to help us move inside nor replace all our wet food. We received no service inside. When we were ready to leave, the manager asked if we wanted to go back outside. He didn't offer us anything for our inconvenience. Nev...
We sat on the outside small patio area, in the back of the restaurant, very quiet couldn’t hear any music or anything. Tasty food but took a long time to get food and drinks delivered. Nice waitress who seemed overwhelmed with the amount of tables she had. As someone in the industry currently I completely understand how short staffed most places are. It was nice for a get together with friends to enjoy some drinks and some beautiful views
BE AWARE, Open Table requires per person for groups of or more and claims it is applied to your bill. They also require a per person feed for groups of or less that DOES NOT get applied to your bill. Buyer beware Food was great but vibe was quite pretentious. service was VERY slow despite there not being a lot of people in the space and seemed like a good number of staff working. Space is very cool

The device was not the best. I had to wait minutes for my table when I had an reservation set. Then I had to wait mins until a waiter came by. When the waiter came by she checked in with everyone except my table. She went to the table behind us and sat down with the guest then proceeded to walk back past us. I had to call the manager that was unacceptable
eating had no taste. too loud. not ideal if you want a talk with people at the table. poor service. sitting outside had tables that are not suitable for eating. not a great view of the city.
I love the place but no the service. They removed us of our table and didn’t assigned us another even we were eating. The waitress don’t get us a full attention as suppose to be
disappointed in the experience at the roof. the food and drink quality was below the average. service was not good. in any case not on the online crypt.
