I've been to Rosa dei Venti twice and both times it has proven to be the best place to eat fish in Fuerteventura (I've been to places from south to north and this is unsurpassed). In these two meals we tasted: Galician octopus, fried squid, scallops au gratin, sea bass tartare, prawn tartare, marinated mussels and razor clams au gratin, all accompanied once by sangria and once by beer. The price is very honest for the quality of the food. The experience is made perfect by the friendly and professional service and the sea view with Lanzarote as a backdrop. Very characteristic location overlooking the sea. Ready and welcoming staff. At the moment the best tapas eaten in Corralejo, in the top 3 dinners had in Fuerteventura. We tried the fried calamari, the octopus and two off-menu dishes for which we did an encore (scallops au gratin and white fish tartare). All accompanied by an excellent sangria. Recommended for anyone who wants to eat good tapas while enjoying music and a sea view. In short, if you are in Corralejo it is a must try!
