I discovered Rosalind Bakery through a class I took at the mill in San Francisco, and it came highly recommended. My friend and I sampled a variety of items from their menu, including croissants, chocolate croissants, savory Danish pastries, and a blue corn cookie. Every bite was incredibly delicious, and their coffee was excellent as well. We enjoyed a great conversation with the owner, who shared his inspiring story of starting the business out of genuine passion. I highly recommend Rosalind Bakery to anyone in the Bay Area.
