I asked for the food to be left on the doorstep and for the delivery person to ring the doorbell, which they promised to do. It was a Friday night, and the estimated delivery time was 50 minutes to an hour. After waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes, I went outside and found the pizzas cold on the doorstep. Although the receipt had the correct instructions, my security footage showed the delivery person neither rang the bell nor knocked. We ordered a 16-inch pizza, and it was not at all what I expected from Rosati's. There was hardly any sausage and barely any mushrooms, but there were a ton of onions. It was drenched in grease. I definitely won't be ordering from that location again—such a disappointing experience for $40. I'm really dissatisfied! Honestly, Domino's is a better option for the price!
It was raining and snowing, so I didn’t want to go out and opted for delivery instead. The pizza definitely exceeded my expectations. It arrived without any problems, and all the toppings stayed perfectly in place. The sausage, onions, and peppers were excellent. The thin crust was crispy and never soggy. Overall, a fantastic pizza!
I visited on June 30 at around 5 PM, and everything was wonderful. The cashier was a really kind man who was very patient with me and helped me with my coupons. The customer service was excellent, and the food was outstanding!

Cesar is incredibly welcoming. I always choose pickup to save on the delivery charge. The Chicago-style pizza is classic and authentic, loaded with fresh, hot toppings.
Pizza was burnt. I paid for extra toppings and got regular toppings. Not a good experience and not worth my $40
Pizza is so so good. Cooked perfectly, right amount of sauce to toppings and dough. Delicious.
This was definitely one of the best Hawaiian pizzas I've ever had. Long live pineapple!
