I was really skeptical about ordering the chicago style. I'm a NJ native who's pretentious about good, thin crust pizza. Never saw the appeal of the big mess that's chicago style. Today I figured I'd order a small one to try it out after some friends made a fuss about me never trying Chicago style. Wow, I'm glad I gave this a chance. Definitely a new pizza experience for me, but I absolutely love it. Also, the delivery was fast, so the pizza was still hot when I got it. Never would've expected such quality from a pizza chain. Will definitely order from here again.
Without a doubt, this is the best place to get pizza in Madison, especially at this location! The staff is incredibly friendly, the pizza is always cooked perfectly, and they remember your name, which is such a rare and appreciated touch. Out of all the times I've ordered, there was only one mistake with a topping, and their response was amazing—they told me to keep the pizza and immediately made a new one without even asking for the incorrect one back. The staff genuinely cares, and it shows.
2 of the best sandwiches I've ever found come from this facility, but there are some important changes that reduce the amount when times I get this location frequently. You now use a call center to take orders, the call center doesn't even know what options the restaurant has to offer, I can't now have a root beer with my lunch special due to this. Even the last time I was there, I experienced a physical change between management and an employee, which is very unacceptable when you ask me.
It's a pizza. That's all I can say here. The last 2 have, above all, serious lack of taste, which is why I stopped ordering years ago (same tendency then also). Kruste was also very hard lately when order double dough, which is unusual. Your delivery times can be 90 min to 2 hours without notification, just said we were met when I called before. You can be really good, or it can be a waste of money.

The Italian Beef dish was absolutely fantastic. It had just the right amount of flavor. My husband ordered the 12" Pizza Classic Combo and he loved the sauce, which says a lot because he is picky about his sauces. I tried the 10" Chicago Style Pizza for the first time and I was not disappointed. Thank you for a fantastic dinner experience.
I would not recommend ordering the cheesy garlic bread. It's basically a plain bun with a slice of cheese melted on top. However, the pizza was delicious!
You can't go wrong with the deep dish pizza at this restaurant. The cheese stretches from the box to your mouth with fresh ingredients. I love this pizza!
My uncle Pete works at this restaurant, and I must say, the service and food are fantastic. The atmosphere is very welcoming, and the staff is incredible!

The food was good. The BYO Pasta was nice just wish I had more sauce.
This restaurant is undoubtedly our family's favorite!
