possibly the most friendly pub ever we had not planned to call in a pub, but after a nice walk we stopped the chance. we had no masks, but the personal kindly supplied us with one so that we can order and use the interior equipment when needed. we enjoyed our drinks sitting at the side of the river and watching the world over. the personal was beautiful and attentive, supplied water and tasty for our puppies. beer was also a good shame that we just went through, as eating also looked great
with the children going down through the fields and landing on the rose and krone. to the breakfast. we all loved it. child breakfast is really good value for money, and so was the adult breakfast and all cooked really nice. I'm sure we'll come back to eat here. would like to try a meal in the evening. the staff was very friendly and helpful.
had a really nice meal that was eating hot when it arrived and tasted great the chips were fab. the staff was very nice and friendly and could not do enough for us. the puddings were fantastic. many thanks for a great evening and welcome us
We called in for a drink and snack. Unfortunately we were 2 minutes late to get anything from the kitchen so had to make do with just a drink. It was nice enough fo a pub and seemed clean. Shame I cannot make any comments about the food.
beautiful staff, clean and beautiful, great service and very good food. the food was very warm and felt freshly cooked. beautiful setting with the canal. comes again definitiw.
Nice canal side pub. Good food, Good beer. You can sit outside by the canal if you wish. However even inside you can still view it.
Best Carvery Iv had , Lamb was lush rosties and stuffing was yum , will deff be back , can tell everything is cooked from fresh
