8/24/2024 Had a wonderful lunch today at Rose Canyon Cantina. Wendy was our server and the staff is so professional and kind. We started with margaritas as I had the Mango frozen and my wife had the Ranch water. Both were excellent. The ambiance is so special and takes you into a forest type background which is not only beautiful but peaceful. My wife and I both ordered the enchiladas suizas with rice and beans which was presented and served hot and tasty. We truly enjoyed our time dining, chatting and taking in the beauty of the Canyon. The staff are very friendly, and the restaurant is beautiful both inside and out. The outdoor view is particularly nice. Unfortunately, the food was quite disappointing; it lacked flavor. I ordered the el pastor taco, which was extremely dry and came without any salsa. The rice and beans also had no taste—there wasn’t even any salt, and they were very dry as well. They really need to improve their food.
Great old school cantina vibe tucked away in RSM. Get the shrimp ceviche, it is fantastic. Stop in on Taco Tuesday for great priced tacos and get yourself a cadillac margarita. You won't be disappointed.....

Amazing place out in a secluded area, great food, service and atmosphere. Our party had fajitas and Carnitas enchiladas and they were all delicious!
