The Rose Crown are under new management, namely Ali and Ross. They have a strong pub and hospitality pedigree, most recently coming from The Stag at Mentmore, and successfully developing other people 's business and brand. Ross and Alessio took on the management in autumn 2022 (from Kelly and Paul who had done such a great job for a few years , including sustaining the pub during and after lockdowns). We’ve eaten and or just been in for a drink many times since (including an excellent lunch on Christmas Day) and the new team is doing a great job of providing a welcoming atmosphere, well cooked, well presented food and local beer (as well as an expanding range of non alcoholic options). You'll love our local pub just like we do. The manager, Ali Ross, and the phenomenal chef, Andy, exceed all expectations with their great food. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, with loyal regulars who support the pub. The staff are fantastic. We are grateful to have this pub as our local.
