From the moment you walk in, Mama Rose herself greets you like family, her warmth and kindness radiating throughout the restaurant. I had the pleasure of eating here. The servers were so helpful with my dietary needs. They recommended a noodle dish without gluten or seafood that was out of this world. It was one of the best dishes that I have ever eaten at a restaurant, ever. I wish I was local so that I could eat here more often, but unfortunately, I am not. I am not going to lie, but that brings a tear to my eye. Stellar food, stellar service. If I could give it more stars, I would. Fantastic! This was our first stop after landing in Seattle and we're so glad it was! Everything was decorated for the Lunar New Year, creating a warm atmosphere. The pho was delicious, especially with the special chili oil! Mama Ro is very sweet and we appreciated her attentiveness and well wishes. This will be a must-have next time we come to Seattle!
