The manager expressed annoyance that my allergy was not accounted for in the dining experience and stated that individuals with allergies would not be accommodated. This conversation took place near my table in front of two other waiters. Subsequently, the wait staff did not attend to our table as promised. Despite notifying the restaurant that it was my birthday and seeing it noted on their seating plan, no special gestures were made for our celebration, unlike other parties with birthdays. Additionally, our package was supposed to include champagne, which was never served to us. We observed other parties with the same package receiving champagne.
A lovely hotel bar — perfect for post-stroll cocktail cheese plate. Worth special mention is Rafael, a trilingual barman, with a thorough knowledge of the city as well as a great conversationalist and mixologist. Came here for a late brunch they still had a great breakfast menu despite it being it being close to 11. Food was food but one of the items we ordered didn't come out until we'd finished our meal despite the restaurant being empty. Would come from the breakfast buffet next time. The place is beautiful but we were disappointed by the quality and size of the dishes for the price. The server was not very attentive, and we also chose a seat in the sun to enjoy the rare rays (winters are long in Montreal) but he closed the blinds despite us explicitly stating the reason for sitting by the window. I will not be returning.

For a buffet, everything was good. I liked the idea of grilling your own steak. The food was delicious, suitable for all tastes, and all dishes were served in abundance. I loved the food, however the temperature of the water for the tea was not hot enough for my taste. I asked for the waiter to change the kettle, however the water was still not hot enough with the new kettle . I am a little disappointed in my experience, because the issue was simple enough to improve, boiling water!
The wait time for seating and closing out the check was a bit lengthy. However, the atmosphere of the restaurant was fantastic. The food was delicious and expertly cooked. The service staff were very friendly and efficient in delivering our meals.
We did the Sunday brunch buffet. The food was wonderful and the choices were great. A little pricey, but it's a great occasional event with friends on a Sunday.
