this experience was terrible. we had to ask for a drink order and when our food came, it was incomplete. I asked her if my order was incomplete, and she only looked at me and said she would knock someone's money off our bill. we only saw our waitress four times in the two hours we were there. we never have our brot and my girl friend must ask the busboy for a water replenishment. To be honest, this whole experience has made me feel that we were a complete inconvenience for the waitress. so long history short big eating terrible service. iw received better service at applebee’s.
I made a reservation for my wife and I for New Years Eve and the night before, I received a call telling me that the menu was changed from the normal menu to only two choices. And the price was $85.00 per person. Now the food is good at the Rosewood but not that good, and left me in a rush now to find a new reservation for my wife and I. Thank God for Pietro's the made room for us for News Years Eve. And as Always the food,service is the best. Next time I think putting the info on your website for any special events would be good business.
Very disappointed. Good greeting. Great food. Delightful server. But the kitchen was so very slow, with a half-full house, that it made the overall experience miserable. And to make things worse...they brought the child's burger LAST and it was prepared WRONG and had to be redone for another delay. Know you don't cater to kids, but most places know to try to bring the child's item first. And you can't get a burger right? Pitiful. Ruined our birthday celebration.
Great experience! With Tanya as our server, we felt welcomed and willing to try different things! Then, came a long Kristie, a wonderful person, guiding us with the wine we were trying and offered great recommendations. The food was amazing and the wagyu was just mouthwatering. My tastebuds enjoyed the brocollini and the risotto alongside with it. Thank you Rosewood for making our dinner a comforting, blessed night of dining!
Had our staff holiday dinner here and they crushed it. The service (thanks to Denise) was spot on and the food was fantastic. They made us feel like we were the only ones in the restaurant. Already looking for another excuse to go back!
what a great place in the inner city of lodi with a stylish bar, friendly staff and lively ambiente. we went to dinner Valentine's Day and had an amazing time with our friends. prost!
Our waitress is very professional and took care of us for Christmas Eve. This will be our family tradition to go to Rosewood for Christmas Eve’s family dinner! Great steaks!
