Avoid this place at all costs! The food was dry, overly processed, and tasted like it came straight from a jar. The service was terrible as well. It took 25 minutes for our food to arrive, even though we were the only new customers; everyone else had already been served when we arrived. Our server didn’t check on us after delivering the food and didn’t refill our drinks. When I mentioned that my uneaten plate was inedible while paying the bill, all she said was "sorry." The staff is personal and kind. They are slow due to being shortstaffed because of the economy. But the food is always good no matter what you order. We love the chilaquilles, fried chicken, my kids love the spaghetti and fettuccine, the beans and rice are good. I don't recommend the taco salad. This is one of our consistent neighborhood restaurants. Good food, good people. If you're in a hurry, consider someplace else. The food here is consistently amazing! My absolute favorite is the homemade pork pozole—it's the best I’ve ever tasted. I also really enjoy the machaca; it’s moist, tender, and packed with flavor. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything you order! The service is quick and friendly, giving it that charming small-town atmosphere where everyone seems to know each other. The waitstaff are truly top-notch in my opinion!
This was our first visit, and we were delighted by how warm and welcoming the staff made us feel. The owner, Ramon, greeted us with friendliness and humility, sharing a bit of the restaurant's history. It truly felt like a family atmosphere. The food was fresh and delicious; we enjoyed the walnut pancakes. The female server at the bar was also very efficient.

It was my first visit to this restaurant. The staff was a bit slow to greet us, but once we were seated, our server was attentive and provided excellent service.
