Rosie's Bistro Italiano

We were attracted by the great menu as well as recommendations from friends who had eaten there. We had a nice table in the front next to the windows. As soon as we entered we realized that the noise level was high. It would have been tolerable except for the fact that we were seated next to an extremely loud group. It was difficult to carry on a meaningful conversation. Drinks were good. I enjoyed my grilled octopus salad and the sea bass entree was especially good. My wife had a seafood pasta and she felt that the shrimp was slightly over cooked. Flavor was good, however. Our server was very attentive without being intrusive.

We have enjoyed Rosie's delicious dinners for many years and hope they continue for many to come. The veal was tender, and the accompanying vegetables perfectly done. The special salmon was delicious and done to order. The only small issue is that their desserts are nothing special and the dessert menu hasn't changed in years. But that is certainly not a show stopper!

rosie is one of our favorite “hunts”. I had a guest who visited the city and requested the back room. we sat at the perfect table and continued to have a delicious meal. the server could not have been more beautiful. we were almost the last to leave, but they didn't try to kick us out to go.

in rosie’s. eating is always delicious and well presented. the waiting staff is excellent and the prices are reasonable. parking can sometimes be a challenge, but I'll catch a nearby meter in the rule.

my friends and I had a nice lunch in rosie. the fish specificity was very good and the aubergine starter was also very good.
