I would have cooked a large group for Friday fish and chips in another city, but not again with the food in animal fat. so it was from me to Rosita’s, a small bistro style restaurant that I last visited a few years...ago then it was for a light lunch, this time was a conscious effort to explore a Friday tradition. in a fairly early evening I got a small but reasonable table after a welcoming reception. I had a glass estrella galicia that is not my favorite beer and the order was prepared incredibly fast. the fish was a seaweed, a favorite of my grandmother, and fortunately not overdue as it is too often the case. batter was neither incredibly crisp nor soggy and only the right coating. chips...
fantastic place to enjoy sunday roast with family or friends. fast and familiar service, the quality of eating is great. my teller was empty in less than 10 minutes! in any case will come in future more.
