If I could give this place a zero rating, I definitely would. We had an extremely unpleasant experience here. The staff was rude, pushy, provided unacceptable customer service, and the manager was absolutely terrible. Just a minute after we walked in, 4 or 5 waiters came over to ask if we wanted drinks. We told them we needed a few minutes to decide, but then another person and another person came over and asked the same question. They seated us, but when some of us went to the restroom, our friends at the table were moved to a much smaller table without notice. They were even asked to order drinks before we were given a menu. I read reviews on Ross code lounge and still decided to give this place a chance. Let me start by saying the waiter we had was a sweetheart, but the overall experience was bad. The drinks and food were TERRIBLE! I’ve been to many lounges before me and my friends and this place is by far the worst. The waitress made over me and my friend drink twice and both times it was bad. The food was cold and not tasty for the price. This place is definitely Overpriced needs to do better. The best thing here was the waitress, the hookah and the music was okay too. Food was bad drinks were bad and not worth the price !!
I came to this restaurant for the second time and won't be returning. The atmosphere is pleasant, but the security staff is incompetent and lacks common sense. The servers were great and the drinks were okay because we purchased bottles, but the behavior of the security staff is unacceptable. It seems like they are trying to inflate their ego at the expense of customers or assert their power. There are plenty of better places to spend your money, so don't waste it here.
two times, both of them had a good experience. the first time I went after work on a Wednesday, ordered the henny mojito pitcher (got a free hook with the purchase,) shrimp tacos and the code board. everything was great. the staff was great and helpful. there was also a live DJ. second time I went with my friends on a Saturday night, vibes was nice, but the music could have been better. but I would still recommend. hooka was great. the manager and the staff were disastrous. the music was filthy when they played music, we were able to dance on it, was shut down 5 seconds later. back to the evil holdings, one of the waitress came to our table snoring full of drinks, catching an employment because we told her we were not done. u better go to kiss or underground
Came here on a Friday, vibe was good. Given the area this place is decent. Music was good, hookah was good, and the women serving were very nice. Only drawback is that the bouncers get kind of aggressive, but again it goes back to my original point about the area so I understand why they have to take precautions.
Too much Indian music. They rarely mix the music for everyone. They play a few good soca and dancehall songs then they cut it and go straight back to Indian music. Nothing is wrong with Indian music but it’s 99% that and 1% other. It is just too much and it kills the entire vibe of the party.
I would give this restaurant zero stars. They refused to allow my cousin to wait inside for her cab! It was ridiculous. I hope they get shut down. The female security was very aggressive towards her, and the owner even cursed at her. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
