Out for an early Saturday dinner we knew that coming early would be a wise move. The place was full when we left so we were glad we did. We started with a shared queso fundido, very tasty especially when washed down with a Modelo or two. We chose the platter for two with pork and chicken. Excellent taste, moderate spice and more than enough to share. In fact in order to leave room for churros we packaged up a nice amount to go. Enough for two lunches! The churros were warm, authentic and were as good as any we've had in PV. All in all we left satisfied and happy. Not the cheapest but the quality was worth the visit. Till next time!
This is actually a non-review as I have tried to dine at this restaurant four times in the past and have been confronted with 90-120 minute waits each time and unfortunately could not wait that long. I have had lunch here and the food is good, but I fear that I will never be able to review dinner as they don't take reservations and their waitlist app does not function well as it is limited to a 10 mile radius. I live out of town, and by the time I am within 10 miles, use of the app becomes redundant. Not sure that it is worth my while to try a fifth time unless I show up at 4:00 for dinner at 6:00.
I have been to Rostizado several times and have always enjoyed it. Lunch yesterday with a friend was no exception. Then service is always excellent. I had one of the daily lunch specials, starting with a bowl a pozole soup and followed by a grilled steak served on grilled peppers served with a truly wonderful child sauce. Everything was excellent. Especially the margaritas, I do believe that they make the best margarita in Edmonton. Definitely worth a try.
I really liked this place, from the retro tvs to the open concept kitchen, to the food. We did not have a reservation and were told we'd need to sit at the bar, but the waitress was considerate enough to find us something better without being prompted. We ordered the platter for two. The chicken was really good, as was the beef. Good portion size and reasonably priced for what we got. I would definitely go back.

I have really enjoyed all of the food I have tried, but have had mixed experience with the service. Had difficulty getting my emails returned to make a reservation for a group, but when we finally got there everyone enjoyed their food. The salad with the romaine lettuce and the slightly spicy dressing is delicious and something I have not had before.
I was so disappointed! I ordered the chicken special (some chicken and spicy mayo sauce on top of flatbread), and got a tiny open faced sandwich type of dish that was about the size of a small sub at Subway. It cost $18, which is absolutely outrageous for such a tiny dish! It tasted decent, but not amazing, which made it even worse.
its located in a very old building that was refurbished. very pretty place.food and service is very good. you can tell it is a very well managed restaurant.toilets are clean. open style kitchen , very clean.food is excellent. very friendly service. i will definitely go back on my next trip to Edmonton!
We came in for a couple of cocktails before heading to Cask, and the server was pleasant enough but not too attentive - he could have got 2 or three drinks out of us but only got one because he didn't come back to ask us for more. Nevermind, I didn't want to pay for another 2 at those prices either.

Wow! Food was amazing! Service was even better. Atmosphere was great too! Ad if was our first time there, our server reviewed the menu and made some fantastic recommendations. We ended up ordering the platter for 2 and it was fantastic! (Pic attached). I will definitely be going back!
Rostizado's is great. The food is so tasty and the service is always great. They have a sharing platter which I definitely recommends. They have great food and the prices are very reasonable.
