We reserved a room at this restaurant for a friend's shower and arrived early to set up. Unfortunately, the manager was quite unwelcoming and displayed a lack of professionalism in his comments and behavior. It's important to understand that effective communication is key, especially in customer service. Consequently, we lost valuable time for our preparations. We've decided not to return to this restaurant. On a positive note, our waitresses were very kind and helpful during the event.
