My wife and I arrived just a few minutes after the restaurant opened, and we were disappointed to find that the entire place was in disarray. There was old food scattered across the floor, tables, and seats. The remnants of drinks from the previous night were still sticky and clearly visible on the tables. I brought this to the attention of our server, but she was unresponsive and indifferent, leaving us to clean the mess ourselves. Additionally, the restrooms were lacking paper towels and soap, which made it clear that no area of the establishment had been cleaned since the night before.
Horrible experience. Got a text my pizza was ready and when I got here it still wasn’t. No big deal. After waiting about 10 minutes the bartender called for my order from the kitchen and something was wrong. The kitchen got my pizza stuck and shredded it so they had to make a new one. Bartender said 5 minutes. Took about another 20. Not to mention the bartender and other server were so inattentive and rude. We visited the restaurant late with a medium-sized group, including a 2-year-old, and we were very impressed with the great service and delicious food. We ordered several appetizers and pizzas, all of which were served promptly. Our server, Shelby, was extremely friendly and accommodating.
Just wanted to say what a great experience we had here. It was awesome that they let my guide puppy come in with me. And Elizabeth was fantastic. Thanks girl.will definitely be back.thanks for the hospitality.the food was on spot. And the wings omg were on. Loved it all.

2nd time we have gone and 2nd time everything was top notch. Service was excellent and very patient and helpful with any questions. Food came out quickly and hot and was amazing. Also bonus points for the wife findin a beer she enjoyed. Cant wait to go again
I went in today and ordered an 8pc wing with pizza. The pizza was great but the wings were not. I spent $14 on wings and the were covered in feathers so I did not eat them. Clean you chicken properly before serving them to customers. What a waste of money
Went to Rotolo’s in Carencro today. The food was great. The waitress/server Lizzy was the sweetest girl. She was so nice and polite. She seemed to really enjoy her job. We will be back for sure.
We will always make a stop at this Rotolo's location! The atmosphere is fantastic, and the food is delicious!

I lovee the pizza here. And great prices for the sizes. I would recommend over Pizza Hut or Dominos anyday.
