Ordered pizza at 6. By 7 still no food. We called. A woman with a heavy accent that answered told us they were short drivers. So, we go pick it up and it 's Ice cold. I called her to ask her why did they not call and let us know the pizza was just sitting and let her know the issue. Her HIGHLY intelligent response... ok? I said, you guys need to fix this or I need to speak to a manager. She says So call when a manager is here and hung up.You have ONE JOB... Pizza... lol. If you can 't get THAT right or speak to people respectfully STAY HOME or get a job in a warehouse where you don 't have to communicate like an adult. Don 't be upset with me. You chose your path. I didn 't fill out the app...
This morning, I called again to speak with a manager, but she told me she was too busy opening the store and counting money to assist me. I tried again a few hours later, but received the same excuse about being too busy. When I pressed for a refund, the manager not only hung up on me twice, but also became aggressive and started cursing at me. She told me to forget about my refund before hanging up for the last time.
I did manage to contact corporate, and they have initiated an incident report and are looking into the manager and the store's practices. This restaurant has serious issues, and I believe the manager should be let go.
Avoid ordering delivery from this restaurant. They rarely answer their phones and the actual delivery times are at least three times longer than what they initially quote. When you call, you won't be talking to someone at the restaurant; your call goes to a call center that is unable to assist you. They only have one delivery driver, regardless of how busy they might be or what day it is. Save your time and money by choosing a different place.
This place sucks I came here a couple weeks ago and I couldn't get my meat on the side n the manager couldn't even explained that or had the training to do what other places have no issues with than she made wait like 30 minutes for a refund that she should of been able to approve herself if she was the manager like her named tag read i definitely don't recommend this place susana definitely needs more training and shouldn't be a manager

Ordered a stuffed crust pizza half veg, half cheese extra sauce well done. Pizza was fresh, well made and accurate to the order I placed.Joseph provided excellent customer service, I don't usually write yelp reviews but the way he carried himself compelled me to do so.Keep it up!
I had a problem with my BB ig New Yorker pepperoni pizza, so I reached out to the manager. They quickly addressed my concerns to my satisfaction, which I really appreciated. Now that’s how you do good business! Thanks, Pizza Hut!
Be aware that half the time the pizza is semi warm or some slices are missing cheese. 1 large pizza and I cinnabon minis delivered $35 $5 tip. Not very good quality
This place is SUPER STINGY with the toppings. We thought maybe it was a one time thing but NOPE!
