The pork ribs were outstanding, seasoned perfectly to the point where they didn't require any sauce. The vinegar flavor complemented the meat beautifully. The pulled pork was also delightful, featuring a tasty bark and tender, moist meat. The brisket was a highlight as well, boasting a fantastic flavor and an enjoyable balance of fatty and lean cuts. As for the sides, the potato salad was creamy and flavorful, with just a touch of mustard for extra zest. The fries were hot and crispy, well-seasoned and an excellent pairing with the meats. The chicken was okay, fresh and moist, but I found it overly seasoned. However, the brisket was a complete disappointment, a disgrace to the art of BBQ. It was so tough that I had to use my pocket knife to cut it, and it was so dry that I had to drink water just to swallow it. The fat hadn't rendered properly because it was cooked too quickly, and it was unfortunately over-seasoned. It definitely needs to be cooked slower and seasoned with less salt to avoid dry, tough meat. I originally rated this place two stars, but I’ve dropped it to one. After attending the Buffalo Bills training camp on Wednesday, we decided to check out Route 96 BBQ. I ordered a meal featuring 3 meats and 3 sides, and everything was absolutely delicious. Our waitress was attentive and incredibly friendly, which added to the great experience. It was simply fantastic! I will definitely return the next time I'm in Victor, NY. I highly recommend that everyone stop by and enjoy a meal there. Food: 5/5
We discovered this gem on our way to a concert at CMAC, and it was a delightful surprise. We ordered the three-meat platter, which also included three sides, cornbread, pickles, and pork rinds. Everything was absolutely delicious, from the meats to the sides. This will definitely be our go-to restaurant for concert nights or whenever we're in the area. Stopped on our way across upstate NY and am very happy we stumbled across this fantastic barbeque spot. Great food, nice local beers, and friendly staff with on point suggestions. Highly recommend. I’m not sure what the negative reviews are all about. I finally tried this place, and it was fantastic! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it’s a bit pricey—$20 for a pulled pork sandwich with fries. However, the portions are large, and I will definitely be back. Food: 5/5.

The BBQ here is outstanding. The ribs and brisket are among the most tender I've ever tasted. Overall, I rate the food a 5, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 4.
