Five of us arrived about noon for our breakfast. This is a very interesting diner on West Roxbury, with plenty of seating. We were at a four-top with an extra chair. Booth was great; extra chair terribly uncomfortable. The fare is mostly diner food, heavy on comfort food, eggs, bacon and juices. Something we all noticed is there are apparently few to no Boston area restaurants which serve traditional hash brown potatoes. This place has, like many other Boston restaurants, chunky home fried potatoes. They are good, but nothing like crispy hash browns with a dose of gravy! We all enjoyed the meal and atmosphere, and will return someday.
The Rox offers delicious food and excellent service. Despite its small size, the restaurant provides a charming atmosphere. There is usually a wait for a table, but the beef dish is definitely worth it. As a professional cook with 25 years of experience, I highly recommend this place to everyone. It is one of my go-to spots for breakfast.
Such an amazing place!! The interior decor is very cute, paintings on the walls are beautiful, great costumer service. The waitress was outstanding. Food is delicious, good portions too. Fast service tho it was constant stream of costumers. Definitely recommend, the best breakfast place around!
I ordered the Big Rig breakfast and it was absolutely delicious. My companions had the lettuce and soup, which they also loved. The server was very friendly, the atmosphere was cozy, and the food came out quickly. I am pleased with my experience.

There are very few amazing breakfast diners out there. This is a little gem. The omelettes are unbelievable. The staff is So down to earth and friendly. It can get crowded so be prepared to wait a little bit at peak hours.
Great diner! The food and service is excellent. Lola, our hostess, was lovely very friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious and the portion size was plentiful. I didn’t leave hungry!
The food and service at this restaurant were outstanding! Everyone was very friendly. I drove an hour just to dine here. The Crispy House Fries were to die for!
I absolutely love this place for lunch with friends. I haven't had the chance to try their brunch yet, but I'm sure it would be fantastic!
