I really never leave bad reviews because I really never have bad experience's at restaurants but here at this location I had a terrible expirince. This happened Thursday I went in to pick up an order and there was 2 gentleman one was a big Spanish guy the other was young had piercings. Both of them were talking behind my back thought I didn't speak Spanish and we're making fun of my shirt which is unprofessional... There managers needs to have a serious talk with them or get fired if they don't change their attitude.... Im very disappointed with this Roy Rogers. DO NOT EAT HERE terrible customer service from 2 those guys
I visit this Roy Rogers 3 to 4 times a month. I like the milk shakes because you can watch them being prepared while you are paying at the Drive through. They don't come from a big dispenser. I used to get the Roast beef and cheese but they are hit or miss. If you happen to come near closing time they rell you they are out of Roast beef??? Out of Roast beef! I had it happen to me several times. Just a heads up. If you do get a Roast beef during normal hours it is almost always 5 stars. Service is good employees polite.
I made an attempt to buy six roast beef three of the staff laughed out loud and said too bad we don?t have none tell him!!! through the intercom )that?s how they talk about there clients ?? I?ve been working for 10 hour shift and I will be feeding sixhard-working crew members it was a very embarrassing experience. And also when I asked for another order they said do we havegold rush sandwich.
Absolutely Gross! Food was obviously old, and had been sitting in the heat shoot (food window) far too long. I completely understand food cost, as I'm a retired District Manager and worked in the restaurant Business for over 20 years, far too many times have I seen food cost/bonuses play a role in bad experience's and lost customer's. Hope they get it resolved else this location is doomed.

When we arrived, the restaurant seemed to be closed. The service was decent and quick. However, once we got home to eat, we discovered that all the food was cold and almost unappetizing. Considering it’s a fast food place with no other customers in front of us, we were disappointed that the meal wasn’t hot and fresh.
Don't try calling because they never pick up the phone. But otherwise, they service is great. They are very willing to listen exactly what you want, every friendly about giving out all the sauces and boats/utensils. They will cook it fresh for you and you come back for it in about 25-30 minutes.

Roy Rogers is my favorite spot. The staff are friendly, service is quick, and the place is always clean. The menu offers great options, and I especially love the Bratbeef chicken tenders. Their strawberry shortcake is absolutely delicious, and the handmade milkshakes are a must-try!

The place looked closed when we first got there. Service was fine and fast enough. But when we got home to eat, all of the food was cold, practically enedible. You'd think for a fast food place with no other customers in front of us the food would be hotand fresh, but I guess not
I was thrilled with my first visit to Roy Rogers. The layered fluffy egg sandwich was twice the size of Kichererd on sourd bread. Pirate is cut thin. Really great. The staff was very impatient and not pleasant.
