Very friendly people and great food!! We love the steakpit and have never been disappointed! We have been there for family dinners, birthday celebrations and other special events they have hosted (Comedy Night, St. Patrick's Day dinner, Mother's Day breakfast . The patrons are very friendly and you will never feel like you are an outsider!!! We go at least a couple of times a month :
It's unfortunate that some people are not familiar with what the Legion is. It's a sign of the times, I suppose. Regardless, it's more than just a restaurant - it's a place for gathering, sharing stories, being social, and supporting our veterans. The steak night is a great experience because you get to grill your own steak the way you like it while enjoying a drink.
Fridays are cook your own steak at the Legion. For a very reasonable price your are presented with a terrific steak and shown to the grill. You cook it the way you like it and add salad and a baked potato. If you are a dunce at the grill, there is always someone around to assist you. Great meal and a lot of fun.

The Legion restaurant offers a unique cook-it-yourself steak pit experience along with delicious prime steaks. The pricing is very affordable and includes a side of salad, baked potato, and garlic toast.
Great place to eat. You cook your own steak and garlic toast, but everything else is supplied I.e. Baked potato, Caesar salad. Staff are great and make sure steaks are ready at your requested time.
We came here for dinner on a tuesday and they giggled and said the steak pit was only open on weekends. Why is this listed as a place to eat. It was very disspointing
