After she had a visible argument with the customer before us, we only received half of our order—a couple of small boxes of fries. When my husband pointed out that two chicken sandwiches were missing, she just rudely gestured toward the far end of the counter, telling us to pick up our wraps there. Generally, the chicken at Royal Farms is quite good, but some of the staff leave much to be desired. I ordered hash browns and a chicken biscuit from the menu, but received two soggy hash browns and a cold piece of chicken served on a hamburger bun. The large woman working the chicken station should be let go. It was Sunday at 9 a.m., which is a common breakfast time, so this experience was disappointing.

Clean place, smiling people but, $8.47 for 2 pieces of chicken? 10.50 w soda?! Will enjoy the great taste, as my last one until after the recession. Come down and adjust your pricing or, keep it. Long way from that $4.68 2 yrs ago. (Who is making the math for a 8.5% inflation? A Kinder gardener?
