Second time in one month where I went to fill up my gas tank, then selected to print a receipt and machine was out of paper. Had to walk inside the store and wait in line to get my receipt. Noticed there were other posts of the same problem by numerouscustomers. Also, since I needed to go inside to get my a copy of my receipt, decided to get lunch. It was 11:30 PM. Only oneother person at food counter. Checked the bins as I wanted to order two chicken meals. Noticed that the chicken was over dry andthe fries were also dried up. Visited the store on a busy day; they had issues with some equipment and although I waited a while for my food because it was out of their control; they all worked very quickly and efficiently to get all the food out. The staff was great and the managerwas wonderful. The two people behind the food counter were so polite and positive even though people were being impatient. Irecommend this location! Very positive experience.
Derrick, the store manager, was unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. When I was trying to enter my number for the rewards program, he responded with sarcasm. Since I’m familiar with the system, his attitude was completely unnecessary. If this is the kind of employee Royal Farms hires, it’s unfortunate for this location. The staff here clearly need to work on their customer service skills.
I went out of my way to stop at Royal Farms for gas and to use the air compressor to inflate my low tire, but it was out of order. There were no signs or any notice about the problem—it just didn’t work. It seems they don’t prioritize keeping it maintained since it’s offered as a free service.

I spent a whole week visiting this Royal Farms location, including today, hoping to try their Seasonal Mocha coffee. Unfortunately, the coffee station was never replenished. I’d recommend skipping this spot and heading to the Red Run location or just going to Wawa instead.
It is true what they say about this location the food is tasty, the coffee is fine and the people are extremely friendly
Typical gas station food is pretty good if your in a rush and need to put something on your stomach. Pretty cool
