Today was my first visit to Royal Guard Fish And Chips, and I ordered the fish without chips. It was absolutely fabulous—perfectly cooked, light, and crispy. I can’t believe I waited this long to try it. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant was spotless. I’m excited to explore more of the menu and will definitely be back very soon!
Zero ambiance... but who cares for take out if the food is good! Fish and chips are solid. Been 4 times (take out) for fish and chips, samosas or grilled salmon with veggies and food seems to be pretty consistent. Satisfies a fried food craving for sure... looking forward to trying some of their other fare like butter chicken.
I ordered chicken biryani, and when I opened the box, I found it filled with garbage. There were numerous plastic wrappers, which shows a complete disregard for their customers. I had been a loyal patron, but after this experience, I've decided not to return. Health is a top priority, so I cannot recommend this restaurant.

I’m an Englishman who’s been living here for years, and this is easily the best fish and chips in America that I’ve found so far. I love it here and it’s definitely worth the extra drive from Stamford every single time. God bless them—they do a fantastic job! I truly believe in always supporting the best!
The fish and chips at Royal Guard Fish And Chips are absolutely the best—I find it hard not to order them more than once a week. The other dishes are excellent as well! Great value and friendly service make it even better.
