We recently tried this restaurant for dinner. This was an Indian restaurant prior to the current owners and they moved tables around, put up less enticing lighting and kept the bathroom entry decor in the Italian style it was prior to both. There were few attendees when we entered and yet the buffet was still missing some items. We asked for rice and it took 10 minutes to appear. When we started to eat we noticed the food was very cool in temperature. The dishes were quite watery and the flavour was very similar to that of a grocery store VH sauce. Nothing was particularly memorable. The staff were all very nice and the place was clean. The price was also good but regardless we won't return.
I went to this place with driving all the way from London, ON with my friends after their specified hours for buffet, not knowing that they close the buffet at 8:00 pm, but the restaurant stays open till 10:00 pm. The staff are so friendly and the owner is generous enough to still enjoy the buffet with full service assured. The staff are really ambient, friendly and having happy to help mindset. The range of food in their buffet is wider than any other Indian food place I have been in Canada and absolutely reasonable price. We decided to make a stop at Cambridge every time we drive from London to Toronto or back, just to dine in here. Thank you team ‘Royal Indian Buffet and Sweets’.
Had buffet here with my friends For $18.99 all you can eat with some good tasting and fresh food is always a delight . Naan/roti was served hot and fresh when ordered . Good choice for vegetarians also and bbq delight for chicken lovers . Servers were nice and professional . I will definitely recommwnd this place .
The food arrived promptly. The chicken in the tikka masala was not white meat as expected and the mild spice level I requested was almost too spicy to eat. The naan was slightly dry. The malai kofta was tasty and the garlic naan was not as dried out. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The food totally blew my expectations out of water. Loved it. Just ate pranthas here today with cousins. They were happy too. Props to the chef and the staff. Appreciate them. Thank you. Keep it up.
Outstanding garlic naan and incredibly tender butter chicken make this restaurant a reliable choice every time, especially considering its great value for money.
Chana had a subtle sweetness but was overall delicious. The bhature was excellent, very soft.
