Royal Marine - Tisch reservieren

I was dismayed to read KC's critical review of the Royal Marine, which is a traditional village pub whose landlord and landlady, Pat and Sue, could not be more welcoming and friendly. They also provide excellent food and beer at a reasonable price. The pub is small and intimate. The review gives a completely false impression. I was at the Royal Marine with my wife and disabled father in law at the same time as the reviewer and her party. It was sometime after they had arrived that I needed to go to the gents, which I could do only by clambering over their various baby equipment, which was blocking the route. The R.M. is a fantastic pub with a lovely atmosphere. The owner, Pat, and his wife are wonderful hosts. The food is delicious, and they serve real ale, along with a friendly local crowd. Highly recommended!

Absolutely lovely pub. Couldn't wish for bettter service at the bar. When we decided to stay for a meal the food come out extremely fast and was better than any Michelin star restaurant I've been to.

Good beer great food friendly staff. Bi monthly bingo quiz and live music on alternate wednesdays.
