We used to go to this pub a lot when we had family in the village. Went back last night for a few drinks before a party and it was so nice! Really cosy n ready for christmas and the service was great and had a really nice time. Loved it and love that it is so welcoming. Cant wait to go back for sunday lunch with our girls! Food looks so good, we just had chips but they were good!
I give this restaurant a 5-star rating all around. I stayed here for a night after visiting a bridal exhibition. The room was exceptionally clean with nice added touches. The breakfast was hot and freshly prepared. The owners were very down-to-earth and provided excellent customer service. I will definitely be returning without any hesitation.

after winning a prize for two meals we ate in this wonderful pub last night. steve and lisa make great host the menu had a lot of choice and eating wonderfully thank you again and we will see them soon again
A fantastic pub ; always a warm welcome from hosts Steve Lisa , great atmosphere, brilliant service , good wholesome food and my favourite beer, Timothy Taylor's Landlord very well kept . What's not to like.
