We ordered at 1.30pm online with the website (not on just east), and ordered for delivery 7.45pm, 8.05pm still had not arrived so I called customer service awful, took him 5 mins to find the order and said its out with the driver. 8.30pm still not arrived, thought the food must have been coming from Bradford!!!! , so i called again, spoke to someone different, who took about ages again to find my order and again the same message with the driver... explained that what I got told 20 mins ago!!!!! finally the food arrived 60 mins late and was luke warm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Obviously if you eat in the service and food must be ok but the delivery side of it is awful food 1 hour late ....... if...
I am a regular at this Indian and I have been for as long as I can remember. 100% the best Indian in Barnsley. You cannot complain about the price, the quality of food, and how you are treated by the staff from when you arrive to when you leave. The food is always piping hot when served and is 10/10 every time, if there is ever a problem they insist on correcting it with no hesitation. There is a reason it’s always my go to Indian
We didn't dine in at this restaurant, but instead ordered takeout for pick-up. The three main dishes we ordered (Chicken Rogan Josh, King Prawn Massala, Royal Mix) were quite average and tasted more like a pre-made curry from a jar rather than freshly cooked, authentic cuisine. As a result, we don't think we'll be returning to this restaurant in the future.
Avoid this restaurant at all costs. I got food poisoning from eating here. I found tubes in some chicken pieces and the chicken was undercooked. Even though I live only a 3-minute drive away, my food arrived cold. This place is absolutely awful and should be closed down. It's been consistently bad the last four times I've eaten here. I have been a regular to this restaurant and absolutely love it. I took two of my work colleagues on Tuesday night as I had raved about this place so much. The staff are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. One of my colleagues said the Tandoori mixed grill was the best he had ever had. Now that is an accolade. Well done chaps keep it up.
I had a fantastic dining experience at The Royal Spice and. our server, truly elevated the evening, The ambiance was delightful, very attentive service by the waiter coupled with his excellent knowledge of the menu, made our meal exceptional. The dishes were flavorful and expertly prepared, showcasing the restaurant's commitment to quality.
The food was delivered promptly, but unfortunately the chicken was overcooked and the onion Bhaji did not come with yogurt sauce. The chapati was not fresh and the garlic bread lacked cheese. I was very dissatisfied, especially considering I paid £31.50p. I should have chosen to dine at Alams Lounge instead.
I went to tip the waitress and the waitress said to me that she doesn’t get to keep the tips which is so shameful for a restaurant to keep the workers tips! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
