My wife and I visited this lovely pub in the very quaint and beautiful village of Flushing. We had seen the pub on our previous visit when it was sunny and it looked busy, inside and out. On our visit it was mid-week and overcast and the pub wasn 't busy at all. I sensed this was unusual and I would recommend booking in advance. Parking is at a premium in Flushing and it may involve a short walk to the pub. There is a large area for outdoor dining to the front of the pub as well as a beer garden to the rear. we arrived in the afternoon and said we missed the kitchen and we only had cold tapas. we were disappointed when the hot tapas menu looked good, but it didn't take long! we ordered aubergine and tomaten dip, hummus, garne and ham hock terrine. all delicious and served with beautiful fresh bread. we will catch the hot tapas again. really nice staff and service also!
This pub is extremely welcoming and serves delicious food! I enjoyed a tasty haddock fishcake and a perfectly melted Camembert. The service was friendly and the prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend this place. Average cost per person is £20-30. Food, service, and atmosphere all rated as 5 out of 5.
on Sunday we have a table for a really pleasant tapas. for four of us we have 6 dishes and 3 pages and it was a lot. all dishes were delicious and delicious. good atmosphere and surprising enough on the menu to also enjoy the Fussy-Esser in our party the meal. great service.
