The mac and cheese was tasty, but it was served cold, likely because it was toward the end of the night and they weren't preparing any fresh dishes. We also needed to ask for extra dressing for the salad, but the staff seemed to ignore me. The only person who paid attention and assisted was a staff member cleaning the floors. Additionally, the BBQ sauce bottles appeared to have gone uncleaned all day, and the restrooms looked like they hadn't been maintained at all. This might just be a location-specific issue, but I'm not sure if I will return again.
I 've liked this place for take-out before and enjoyed the food. Lately, though, I 've been disappointed with the food quality. I ordered online once before, and my order didn 't even get started until I got there. I gave them another chance, and the same issue persisted. The award winning ribs have been so dry that it was like jerky on a stick, every time. When I first started eating here, they fell off the bone. Now, when I order them, they 're nearly inedible.
We decided to give this restaurant another chance after a few years, and we were not let down. I've attached the receipt along with some photos. However, we strongly advise against visiting during peak hours, as you might not have a pleasant experience. By the way, they blocked me from posting a review after my last negative one. We ordered the extra everything nachos, but all we got were chips with hardly anything on them, and there was no ranch with our wings.
We usually love eating here, but our dinner and dining experience were awful. The ribs were so tough, we couldn't get them off the bone or even chew them. We ended up throwing them away. The fry sauce dispenser was empty and I had to go get someone to refill it. When they did, the pump didn't work and we couldn't get the sauce out of the dispenser. I ordered the 3 meat dinner and received nice amounts of chicken and sausage but received about 1 and a half ribs from the end of the rack of ribs, I assumed they wanted to give me 2 ribs but even 2 ribs from the end of a rack would have been minuscule but whe a diagonal cut on the 2nd rib made it more minuscule. The food was very good including the ribs but I would have appreciated a little more rib.
First time trying this place since I was in the mode for some bbq. I ordered the spicy sausage nachos, and oh man were they YUMMY! A lot of food one person though. I got a Mac and cheese and it was good also. The restaurant was very clean, and the staff were friendly. Come and give it a try!
This is the best BBQ you'll find this side of the Mississippi. It would make a fantastic last meal if you were on death row. They’ll elevate your experience so much, it feels like you’re being taken to heaven before facing the inevitable.

Best R&R experience I've ever had. The food was amazing and Connor was the man. Someone should give Connor a raise. He's got great work ethic and you can tell he cares about the customers that he serves.
