It seems that the Rubio's staff isn't being trained to make a proper burrito. I ordered the new Langostino burrito for $20, tip included since I always tip. What I received was a poorly wrapped tortilla with its contents spilling all over the plate. When I mentioned my disappointment to the person who delivered it, I was met with a blank stare. So, I ended up grabbing a fork and turning it into a bowl. The flavor was good, but I was really looking forward to an actual burrito as advertised. This isn't the first time I've experienced this at this location, and I'm sure it won't be the last.
I visited this restaurant a couple of days ago and had a wonderful experience. The manager who helped me, I believe her name was Martha, was very professional and friendly. I had an issue with my debit card, and she was incredibly supportive in resolving it. I highly recommend trying the bowls—if you enjoy Chipotle, I think you'll like it here as well. Just my two cents!
Amazing! If I could rate this place 10 stars, I definitely would! The flavors are exceptional. The street corn and shrimp bowl are incredibly tasty. The prices are very reasonable considering the quality, and the service was fast and friendly. Visiting from out of town, I only wish I could eat here every day! Highly recommended—10/10!
The food is really fresh and delicious. I love their Baja trio tacos! Their bowls are also a great menu item to try, delicious healthy and fresh! I am not a fan of their non-seafood offerings, the steak and chicken tacos are not as good.

The fish tacos are delicious and crispy, making for a great casual dining experience. The salsa has the perfect level of spiciness, just as it should, and they offer a nice selection of beers.
The food was good and the service was quick, but for me, the burritos didn't reach the level of other Mexican places nearby (like Casa Juanchos).
The best surf and turf along with delicious Baja California cuisine. Everything is fresh, offers great value, and is absolutely delicious!
Disgusting, made my order wrong. Asked me to come back to remake the order and they gave me diarrhea.

Ordered online close to closing was finished quicker then expect and everything as ordered
