I've visited different Rubio's locations over the years and i don't remember it being like this. I ordered a Lobster Bowl, A large drink, A Burrito and a Fish Taco and it was nearly $40 dollars. It becomes a really tough decision to continue visitingplaces like this or just going to a restaurant that is like $20 dollars more. The fish taco is still delicious but the LobsterBowl was underwhelming. I will probably visit again soon just to give them another chance. Rubio's holds a special place in myheart and I wish them the best.
Poorly staffed. Cashier female Asian, Melanie?? aka server looked very overwhelmed. She didn't smile appeared very stressed out. Didn't even ask if I wanted corn or flour tortilla. Waited at least 10-12 min for my fish taco combo. Pls hired extra help during a weekend.
I love Rubio's! They have great food. We visited this location after a trip to the beach. They had a lot of outdoor seating which was perfect for our group. Gourmet fish tacos are a favorite in our group. They have lots of options for those who don'tlike seafood.
Ordered kids bean and cheese burritos with sour cream. We got sour cream burritos with a tiny bit of beans and no visible cheese. So the kids hated it and we had to make them dinner after the family ate. This was after bringing my son home from theER. Lovely.

A little healthier quick service Mexican food. Choices of shrimp, fish, chicken, with more flavorful spices than typical. Popular for take out in the area. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, a Starbucks next door, and a nearby CVS, Ralph’s and Target.
I often order my food for company lunch from their catering menu. Oscar and yhe staff at the Seal Beach location are always so helpful and accommodating.Parking: Parking can be quite challenging expected during the peak hours for lunch and dinner time.
We ordered the Friday special, which included two fish tacos, beans, and chips, along with a beer. Everything was delicious, and at $8 per person, it was a great deal!
We ordered 2 Burrito Especial, 1 chicken, and 1 steakThe 1 with steak was ordered EZ rice (dietary issue) there were no beans and loaded with rice- complete fail ?

Terry and Luis were very welcoming. This was our second time dining there, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere as well as the food.
I'm usually a huge Rubios fan, this one was very average at best
